Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead
to provide financial support and guidance while collaborating with
department leads to refine business strategy and projections.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration
with business leaders
Analyze financial performance, prepare variance reports, and lead
quarterly re-forecasting processes
Support financial reporting and assist in year-end audits while
ensuring internal control processes are maintained
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Management
5+ years of related financial or business analysis experience
Thorough knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and Google
Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify trends in
financial data
Demonstrable experience in leadership and multitasking
