oversee and establish joint ventures in the title services
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing joint ventures and establish new ones for One Real
Title
Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance in joint
venture documentation
Monitor joint venture health and handle escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the title insurance business
3+ years of experience in creating and maintaining joint
ventures
Valid Title Insurance License in home state
Strong understanding of title insurance principles and
practices
Ability to embody company core values and work effectively with
others
