In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our financial systems infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and improve our finance applications, ensuring they meet our business requirements and scale with our growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and finance knowledge to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of finance and accounting systems, including ERP (NetSuite), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and other financial applications
• Configure and customize finance systems to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Design and implement system workflows, automations, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify system requirements and process improvements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring system integrity and data accuracy
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support financial analysis and decision-making
• Participate in system security reviews and maintain appropriate internal controls
• Stay current with system updates and new features to maximize functionality
• Provide training and support to system users across the organizationYou may be a good fit if you have:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance/accounting systems implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred) and integrated financial applications
  • Experience with financial process automation and system integrations
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, GL)
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
  • Familiarity with system testing methodologies and documentation best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldStrong candidates may also have:
    • NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
    • Knowledge of API integrations and financial system architecture
    • Experience in a high-growth technology company
    • Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls for financial systems
    • Experience with financial data warehousing
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)Deadline to apply:None.
