Job Description:

• Key contributor to providing the leadership team with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.
• Driving quarterly close, forecast and day to day financial management, including coordinating with stakeholders.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
• Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
• Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests.
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.Qualifications
  • 2+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, possessing proven analytical skills to drive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion.
  • Extensive experience handling vast amounts of information and synthesizing a clear and concise story along with effective communication skills in multiple formats.Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
