Our team members are the heart and soul of our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across North and Latin America.Role Purpose StatementYou'll be working onsite in San Jose, CA and will be responsible for day-to-day management of customer data and provide production and packing reports to operations. This is a standard day shift that will include 1 weekend day either (Saturday or Sunday).Main Accountabilities

• Process key account billing
• Process charter billing - obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices
• Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month
• Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, eg flight checks
• Keep all files up to date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.
• Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work independently and within a team on special projects.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferred--- 1-2 year billing or related experience--- Working knowledge of SAP, preferred--- Strong math skills--- Strong analytical and organizational skills--- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills--- Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules--- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives--- Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)--- Excellent attendance record--- Ability to work with minimal supervisionLSG Sky Chefs is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Women/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
