make care make more sense.The Role:We are looking for a strategic
and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue
Operations team and drive efficiency, growth, and alignment across
Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success. In this key role, you will
analyze data, streamline processes, and improve workflows to ensure
operational excellence and the seamless execution of
revenue-generating strategies.As a trusted partner to leadership,
you will provide actionable insights that align operations with
company goals, helping to accelerate growth and optimize the
buyer's journey.What You'll Do:
- Optimize Operational Workflows: Design, refine, QA, and
implement workflows and processes that enable Sales, Marketing, and
Partner Success teams to operate at peak efficiency. Streamline
operations to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across
departments, improving the overall customer lifecycle
experience.
- Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Develop and maintain reports and
dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into
key metrics, including pipeline health, revenue trends, and
performance insights. Use data to drive actionable strategies that
improve operational performance.
- Enhance Revenue & Forecast Clarity: Partner with Finance to
support revenue forecasting, analyze commission reports, and
generate revenue-related insights that align with business goals
and drive clarity across the organization.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with leaders and
teams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Finance to
identify growth opportunities, align priorities, and deliver
scalable strategies that maximize impact.
- Resolve Bottlenecks & Streamline Processes: Proactively
identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in go-to-market processes.
Implement strategic solutions that reduce friction, streamline
operations, and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Act as a trusted advisor to senior
leadership by providing thoughtful analysis and recommendations
that guide decision-making and contribute to organizational
growth.What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing
Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS company
(healthcare experience is a plus).
- Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce,
Hubspot, Ironclad, Gong, or similar platforms that support
operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and key metrics
that influence success in Sales, Marketing, and Customer
Success.
- Exceptional analytical and spreadsheet program (Excel/Google
Sheets) skills, with the ability to interpret complex data,
identify trends, and translate insights into actionable operational
plans.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining commercial
dashboards and reports that provide clarity and support data-driven
decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around
shared goals, priorities, and revenue-driving strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of
successfully leading and driving complex initiatives to
completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across
teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on
