this role, you will manage office administration and facility
operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently. You will create
and maintain a comfortable, engaging, and productive work
environment where employees can collaborate and perform at their
best.This is an in-office position, with expected hours of Monday
through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasional evening or weekend
availability may be required to address urgent issues.The impact
you'll make:
- Oversee office administration and facility operations across
all office locations (Bay Area and India), ensuring smooth
day-to-day functioning.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain necessary office
supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with office space planning, moves, and maintenance of IT
infrastructure in the U.S. and abroad, including troubleshooting
(e.g., Zoom rooms).
- Manage and optimize the office budget, ensuring cost-effective
procurement of supplies, services, and equipment while maintaining
operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement scalable office policies and identify
opportunities for operational improvements.
- Ensure a safe, productive, and engaging work environment for
all employees.
- Organize company events (e.g., holiday parties, happy hours),
manage company swag, oversee the Anniversary Recognition Program,
and support employee experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure new hires have a
seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist with calendar management, travel coordination, and
expense reporting.
- Oversee lunch and snack programs, manage visitor check-ins, and
ensure a welcoming experience for guests.The amazing skills you'll

- 2+ years in an administrative or office management role.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

Ambient.ai, which may vary depending on multiple factors. The
successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on
job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location,
level, market conditions, and internal parity.Base salary is just
one component of our total rewards package. As a fast-growing
start-up, our regular employees are also granted stock options and
an opportunity to succeed when Ambient.ai succeeds. As a young
start-up with product market fit, our stock upside is substantial
and a large part of our total rewards strategy.The pay scale below
represents the starting base salary range we expect to pay for this
position and is subject to change*:SF Bay Area: $80,000 -
