Your MissionAs a key member of our founding team, you will oversee the entire D2C growth of Aonic including the growth of our free preventative health companion app, our diagnostics offering as well as our functional consumer goods. Therefore we are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing initiatives across all paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest marketing tools and technologies, including low-code platforms, AI, automation, SQL, and Python. This role requires close collaboration with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to optimize conversion rates, improve user journeys, and drive sustainable growth for Aonic's health and longevity solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with our tech team and senior leadership, including the Head of Marketing, to achieve our ambitious goals.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Lead initiatives in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and commerce marketing (Amazon, Google Shopping).
• Tailor marketing campaigns to drive growth for Aonic's health products, AI-powered app, and diagnostics services.
• In close collaboration with our EPD team, lead our product strategy across our Shopify-based e-commerce store.
• Grow Aonic's brand by being an ambassador for Aonic's mission to empower people to live healthier while enjoying it.
• Contribute to the overall strategy, culture and success of Aonic.
  Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and extract actionable insights for both our e-commerce mission.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and enhance conversion rates and user experiences for Aonic's advanced functional nutrition products.
  • Collaborate closely with our EPD team to improve customer engagement and retention across Aonic's ecosystem.
    Technology & Automation
    • Implement cutting-edge tools to automate marketing workflows, increasing scalability and efficiency.
    • Leverage AI and low-code platforms to streamline marketing initiatives across Aonic's product offerings.
    • Use SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze data for precise targeting and optimization of campaigns.
      Collaboration & Communication
      • Work cross-functionally with Aonic's teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and key health initiatives.
      • Present insights, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
      • Stay updated on health industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and new technologies to ensure Aonic remains a leader in proactive health and longevity.
        Your Profile
        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
        • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record across both paid and organic channels.
        • Proven track record to build brands and sell products highly efficiently and effectively.
        • Expertise in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, display advertising and commerce marketing.
        • Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience in SQL and Python.
        • Dedicated experience with Shopify as a plus.
        • Experience with AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
        • Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
        • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
        • Ability to work 5 days onsite in our office in downtown San Francisco, CA.
        • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
