SelfActualize.AI Customer Success & Marketing AssociateSan Francisco, CA -ContractorWe're looking for a Customer Success & Marketing Associate to join our early team. In this role, you'll ensure our enterprise customers have an amazing onboarding and pilot experience. You will ensure that our full GTM motion runs smoothly and will be the tip of the spear to ensure a seamless onboarding and an overall amazing experience for our early enterprise customers.What You'll DoCustomer Success (Primary Focus)

  • Support onboarding and engagement for enterprise pilot users
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer happiness
  • Monitor user activity and identify opportunities to improve
  • Assist with customer check-ins and impact reporting
  • Help develop documentation and training materialsMarketing & Community (Secondary Focus)
    • Manage and engage our user community (Slack, Notion, events)
    • Edit and publish our podcast (audio + video)
    • Post regularly on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
    • Help plan and run online events and webinars
    • Coordinate testimonials, case studies, and light content projectsOperations & Team Support
      • Jump in on special projects as needed-you're a utility player
      • Bring energy, curiosity, and ideas to help us improve every weekYou Might Be a Fit If You---
        • Are based in the United States (required)
        • Have 1-3 years of experience in customer success, community, or marketing (internships count!)
        • Are a strong communicator who loves helping people
        • Have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with executives
        • Are organized, responsive, and proactive-you follow through
        • Are comfortable with modern tools like Slack, Notion, Airtable, Canva, Zoom, etc.
        • Are curious about startups, coaching, and AI
        • Bonus: You've worked with coaches or in a B2B tech startup. You have prior experience in sales, cold-calling, or customer success.Why This Role Rocks
