• The Graphic & Packaging Designer will be responsible for creating world-class product packaging and assembly instructions that enhance user experience.
• The role involves developing technical drawings, logo tags, and care instructions for various products.
• Ensuring that all designs comply with manufacturing, regulatory, and sustainability standards is a key responsibility.
• The designer will present creative concepts and final deliverables to cross-functional team stakeholders and revise designs based on feedback.
• The position requires managing timelines across multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work.
• The designer will partner with Design Operations to refine design workflows and enhance collaboration within the Product Team.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor packaging strategies to inform innovative design solutions is also part of the job.Minimum Requirements
• A degree in Design or a related field is essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional design experience, particularly in physical packaging and product design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is crucial for success in this position.
• A strong understanding of structural packaging, print design, typography, and branding principles is necessary.
• The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent visual communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset is important, as the role involves working with both creative and non-creative partners.
