Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Factors Engineer to support the
development of medical devices and software with a focus on
user-centered design and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in Human Factors standards and
regulatory requirements for medical devices and software
development
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design activities to
ensure products meet customer needs and mitigate risks
Prepare and present reports and findings to stakeholders, balancing
the needs of various teams within the organization
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Factors Engineering,
Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Biomedical
Science, or Engineering
4+ years of experience in relevant fields
Experience with human factors, user experience design, or
biomedical science
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Continuous improvement or lean experience is desired
