Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with a
path to Head of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee two cross-functional product teams, ensuring alignment
between technical and business objectives
Collaborate with the CTO and Product Managers to define and execute
the technical strategy and roadmap
Implement best practices in software development, including
architecture design and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of hands-on engineering experience, with a minimum
of 5 years in leadership roles
Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies and solid experience
with backend systems and ML concepts
Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop engineering
talent
Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges
Experience working closely with Product Managers to align technical
initiatives with business objectives
