Group/Division The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Quality Engineer The Quality Engineer, has the responsibility to verify that company activities fully implement the quality manual policies and procedures; in addition, The Quality Representative has the authority to assign action items to all personnel to ensure compliance as well as the authority to escalate any quality issues directly to the General Manager of VLSI Standards, when deemed appropriate.Irrespective of other responsibilities, the management responsibility and authority include:Ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. Reporting to executive management on the performance of the system and any need for improvement. Maintain a physical document control system in place for all ISO and NVLAP Quality Records, communications with DQS, and communications with NVLAP for the items related to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 Update the quality manual. Administer CPARs by receiving them, assigning to appropriate managers and follow-up. Coordinate MRM meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items. Collect and present to management data regarding quality metrics monthly. Facilitate all audits (customers, DQS, NVLAP), and follow up on audit results. Coordinate personnel training activities, supplier surveys, and internal audits. Participate in quality activities as required by management. Drive implementation of new quality standards as required. Maintain an internal audit checklist Prepare an annual audit plan Ensure that personnel are trained to conduct audits Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. The Quality Representative is a dotted line report to the General Manager of VLSI Standards, Incorporated in all quality related matters. The results of all quality related activities are reviewed at the MRMs and additional actions decided upon and owners for these actions are assigned. The VLSI Standards' Quality Representative has the authority and responsibility for ensuring that a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017"Quality Systems, Z540..." and NVLAP guidelines are established, implemented and maintained.
