You must be willing to work in-person in either NYC or SF.Overview:We are seeking a senior ML Engineer/Research Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of our machine learning models, with a focus on 3DVAE and video diffusion models and data processing. This role requires a combination of research acumen and engineering prowess, emphasizing data handling and model optimization.Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, focusing on 3DVAE and video diffusion models, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
• Handle data preparation and preprocessing for model training, managing large video and 3D datasets effectively.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements, aligning with research goals.
• Collaborate with the research team to translate research findings into practical applications, bridging the gap between theory and implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team, fostering a collaborative environment.Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven ML.
  • Several years of experience in developing and deploying ML models, particularly in video generation or related areas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks, essential for model implementation.
  • Experience with generative models, particularly VAEs and diffusion models, aligning with company technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, given the need to mentor and collaborate.
