Join us!About the RoleIn this role you'll be working closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform. You'll ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit, and you'll be the first line of defense when technical issues pop up that need de-bugging. Your care and attention will make every user feel that they're safe in our hands.We value people who can quickly obtain a deep technical understanding, are able to quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches, and enjoy being self-directed and identifying the most important problems to solve.As a Solutions Engineer you should:

• Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges.
• Be deeply curious and eagerly seek to understand what is going on 'under the hood.'
• Have a strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Have experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
• Be able to read and write small bits of code in multiple languages.
• Contribute to defining Conduit's product strategy and roadmap with the rest of the team.We think you'll find this work really exciting if you:
