PurposeDesigns, develops, documents, tests, debugs, and maintains
software product applications. Serves as quality engineer on
development projects. Perform test strategy, test design, test
planning, automation of various test frameworks and tools.Essential
Functions
- This role is integral to EWS' overall effort to implement
enterprise test automation strategies and methodology and will have
a focus on continuous integration and delivery for our
products.
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to develop
technical and domain expertise and apply it to solve testing
challenges across the teams.
- Research, implement and improve testing tools and processes for
our products and teams.
- Drive standardization and adoption of test automation
technologies to maintain consistency across the company that will
allow us to scale as we grow:
- Automation tools and techniques
- Quality practices and processes including test strategy, test
case management, test data management, CI/CD, defect management,
release management using agile methodologies.
- Participate in design, code and test case reviews and provide
feedback to improve test coverage, as well as quality of our code
and tests.
- Work with cross functional engineering teams to ensure e2e
integration testing is performed with appropriate test
coverage.
- Analyze and monitor the continued quality of products and
finding ways to increase the quality of those products.
- Supports the company's commitment to risk management and
protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and
data.

Incumbents will follow instructions and perform other related
duties as assigned by their supervisor.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field required.
- Minimum 10 years' experience developing software or test
automation frameworks using two of the programming languages -
Java, Ruby, Node.js or Objective C. Java is preferred.
- Prior experience with established Software development and
monitoring tools (GitLab, GIT, Eclipse/Android Studio/X-Code,
Bamboo, Harness, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Experience implementing test automation frameworks for API,
web, or mobile platforms (hybrid, iOS or Android) using any test
automation tools- Appium, Selenium, Web driver, Rest-Assured API,
and Cucumber.
- AWS or Cloud experience.
- Kubernetes.
- Background and drug screen.Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Glue along with Python.
- AWS Athena for Cloud
- Groovy for automation
- Redshift, S3, Dynamo DBPhysical RequirementsWorking conditions
consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary
and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for
periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional
standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 15
pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and
manipulate documents and office equipment including personal
computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or
