Our client is revolutionizing the video processing landscape with their AI developer platform, helping shape the future of how video content is understood, manipulated, and generated across various industries including communications, social media, and emerging technologies.What You Will Do:

• Design and implement sophisticated pipelines for video understanding and manipulation using cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Optimize model performance through innovative pre/post-processing techniques, pipeline engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Tackle complex research problems with creative solutions and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to build production-grade systems that power major platforms.
• Transform customer needs into tangible product improvements.
• Work with state-of-the-art video AI technologies and contribute to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Ideal Candidate Background:
• Professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and AI applications.
• Strong Python programming skills with demonstrated ability to optimize AI models.
• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning principles.
• Academic background in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Track record of contributing to innovative projects (open source, research, or commercial).
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Preferred Qualifications:
• Active engagement with the AI/ML community and awareness of industry trends.
• Experience with video processing technologies.
• Background in startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings.
• History of building and deploying production ML systems.Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $225,000.
