This role will lead the creation and development of our agentic platform for enterprises, leading automation and API integrations with LLMs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including product management, research, hardware engineering, and GTM, to bring our enterprise products from concept to reality.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHO SHOULD APPLYThe ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with several years of experience leading a small team with a proven track record of building and shipping effectively a zero to one enterprise product. You should be a hands-on leader who can balance technical depth with interpersonal and organizational excellence, empowering teams and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the end-to-end technical development and execution of our enterprise services roadmap, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire agentic product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring excellent product market fit by setting clear goals and milestones.
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance our product capabilities and user experience without compromising security, privacy, nor quality.
  • Research and implement new AI technologies that can be integrated into our agentic solutions.
  • Communicate tangible technical vision, decisions, and project statuses clearly and effectively to executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering an innovative culture of BUILDERS.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different teams.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WHAT YOU WILL BRING
    • Hands on builder: 3+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.
    • Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
    • Infrastructure: Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
    • Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.
    • Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
    • Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
    • Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.
    • Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
    • Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).GREAT TO HAVE
