• Providing technical support for laptops, PCs, and IT collaboration hardware/software services.
• Maintaining and resolving problems with laptop/PC hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Communicating with end-users to provide basic training, guidance, and solutions.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensuring system security and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supporting IT hardware procurement, logistic operations, and asset management.The Impact You Will Have:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • About 1-5 years of experience with laptop/PC, server, and network operating systems and associated technologies. Fresh graduates with high motivation are also welcome.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • IT professional certification in Linux, Windows, network, or cloud technical domains is a plus.Who You Are:
