Your work will involve developing scalable data pipelines, refining AI models using expert feedback, and designing workflows that enhance clinician efficiency.This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with our platform and clinical teams to ensure our AI solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned with real-world use cases.What You'll Do

• Develop and integrate AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation and inference techniques.
• Design and optimize backend workflows for audio transcription, document processing, and real-time model inference.
• Build scalable data pipelines to transform unstructured data into high-quality datasets for model training.
• Collaborate with clinical experts to create labeling frameworks that enhance model accuracy and usability.
• Fine-tune and deploy open-source large language models (LLMs) to support our inference engine.
• Implement continuous evaluation and improvement cycles to ensure AI models meet high standards for quality, reliability, and efficiency.Who You Are
  • Experienced in AI/ML development with a strong background in deep learning, NLP, or similar areas.
  • Proficient in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and building robust data pipelines.
  • Familiar with model evaluation techniques and best practices for improving AI accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can take ownership and drive meaningful impact.
