for a Sr Process Engineer to join our dynamic, diverse and
fast-growing team in Santa Clara, CA.We have a Pre-Identified

https://www.jnj.com/ ().The Senior Process Engineer is a key member
of a cross-functional team responsible for the development,
validation, transfer, and support of manufacturing processes for
capital equipment and accessories. Actively participates and
provides operational leadership through the entire lifecycle of
product development, from early-stage feedback through production
floor support. The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for new
product introduction and identifying and implementing continuous
process improvements. The position will be responsible for defining
manufacturing driven metrics (cycle times, capacity, bottlenecks
etc.), manufacturing processes design and verification and
validation of manufacturing processes and equipment.Key Role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production procedures to identify
inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity
and reduce cost
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure
consistent and reliable production
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues in
manufacturing processes
- Identify and integrate new technologies to improve processes
and products
- Develop and implement master validation Plans ( MVP) for
processes equipment and facilities.
- Write, review and analyze validation protocols ( IQ,OQ and PQ)
and reports to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485
- Conduct validation testing, including statistical analysis, to
verify process reliability and performance
- Mentor and train team members on validation methodologies and
standard processes.
- Collaborate with NPI, RnD and other cross functional teams to
ensure smooth transfer of design to manufacturing.
- Support development of manufacture ng processes including
assembly, labeling and packaging
- Draft and update technical documentation such as pFMEAs, MPIs
and process specifications
- Must be able to interact with multidisciplinary teams of system
design professionals including electrical, mechanical, software and
manufacturing engineers.
- Write and/or approve Engineering Change Orders.
- Must be able to produce high quality documentation that is
clearly understandable by internal and external personnel
- Monitor, Coach and mentor engineers and techniciansRequired
Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical,
Electrical or Industrial Engineering is required
- A minimum of 5 years of related experienced is required
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as design, manufacturing or
equipment engineer supporting product with significant mechanical /
electromechanical content is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership and project management capabilities Special
Requirements:
- Must be a great teammate with excellent interpersonal
skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks without close
supervision.
- Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and
manage on-time delivery.
- Exposure to best practices, i.e. lean manufacturing, continuous
improvement is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communications
(written and oral) skills.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in
