Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Maintenance to lead the
optimization of their OEM network and preventive maintenance
strategies across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for OEM network optimization and
equipment standardization
Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies and
standardized PM calendars
Provide strategic leadership to maintenance teams and manage risk
associated with OEM dependencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a
related field
10+ years of experience in asset care, preventive maintenance, and
OEM network management
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proven experience in optimizing OEM networks and PM strategies
across multiple facilities
