Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize business operations across multiple dermatology clinics within an assigned region. This role focuses on driving financial and operational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in healthcare operations, particularly within dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
Job Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across assigned clinics to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  
• Performance Optimization: Set performance objectives, evaluate operational metrics, and guide clinic managers in optimizing workflows, resource utilization, and patient experience.
  
• Talent Management: Recruit, train, and mentor area managers, clinic managers, and support staff. Conduct regular performance appraisals and support professional development.
  
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all clinics adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  
• Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local advertising campaigns and community outreach initiatives to drive patient acquisition and retention.
  
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  
• Problem Resolution: Address escalated issues related to patient care, clinic operations, or legal concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior leadership.
  
• Travel: Travel regularly to clinics within the region to support on-site management and initiatives.
  
  Qualification/Requirements
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
  
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards for dermatology practices.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
