looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product
marketing for Nutanix Database Service (NDB), Nutanix's database
automation offering that dramatically simplifies managing database
infrastructure at scale. NDB is transforming how enterprises
manage, scale, and optimize their databases across on-prem, edge,
and public clouds. FInancial institutions, healthcare
organizations, public sector organizations and many more rely on
NDB to automate provisioning, patching, copy data management, and
lifecycle operations for their databases that are at the heart of
their businesses. This is an opportunity to dramatically improve
how databases are operated and managed, increase agility for
developers, and accelerate innovation across industries.In this
role, you will drive marketing strategy and execution for NDB
including positioning and messaging, campaigns and tactics, content
creation and publishing, sales enablement, and cross-functional
collaboration to drive planning and execution in a rolling 90-day
window on a weekly basis. You will also work closely with sales
leaders, product leaders, and partner marketing teams to drive
joint marketing activities with our database partners including
Oracle, EDB, Percona, and many others. You will lead from the front
and be a spokesperson for the product at events, EBXs, webinars as
well as internally for enablement.About the TeamAt Nutanix, you
will be joining the Product and Solutions Marketing team, a dynamic
group currently consisting of over 40 members spread out across all
geos. The team culture is highly collaborative, fostering an

colleagues who are passionate about driving the success of
Nutanix's products and solutions.You will report to the Sr.
Director of Strategic Marketing. As for the work setup, Nutanix
offers a flexible arrangement, allowing for a hybrid or remote
working environment.Your RoleSubject Matter ExpertDevelop expertise
in the database management landscape, industry trends, and
competitor activities to serve as a knowledge resource for internal
teams, including sales and extended marketing teams.Own the
messaging framework for NDB, including value propositions, use
cases, customer personas, and competitive analysis, to build
persuasive and differentiated messaging.Develop creative strategies
to drive awareness for NDB in targeted industries, including
financial services, healthcare, and public sector.Be a recognized
and respected spokesperson for NDB, representing the product at
customer briefings (EBX), webinars, conferences, and sales/partner
enablement sessions.Own and coordinate NDB product launches,
including content creation, sales enablement, and press and analyst
outreach.Develop narratives for key news moments-industry events,
partner conferences, analyst briefings, and .NEXT (Nutanix's
leading customer and partner conference).Collaborate with partners,
including database ISVs and systems integrators, to develop and
execute joint marketing initiatives and Go-To-Market strategies,
expanding the reach and impact of NDB within the industry.Content
Creation and Sales EnablementCreate and review content including
blogs, white papers, solution briefs, analyst reports,
infographics, videos, datasheets, web pages, and TCO/ROI tools to
ensure accurate messaging, voice, and alignment with product
capabilities.Develop use case-focused content to integrate
offerings into broader marketing campaigns.Cultivate customer
references and create compelling customer success content,
including written case studies, video testimonials, and interactive
webinars highlighting real-world use cases.Develop and enhance
best-in-class sales enablement tools and programs to reduce sales
friction and improve sales readiness.Maintain a repository and
tracking system for NDB content, including ownership of the NDB
intranet pages and the tracking and expansion of our customer
stories across various channels.Drive and achieve key marketing
performance metrics while representing NDB in quarterly business
reviews, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and
demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives.What You Will
Bring10+ years of product marketing experience in the database
management or cloud services market.Strong domain expertise in
database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, cloud databases,
Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS), and database automation.Bachelor's
degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent
experience), MBA preferred.A humble team player with a bias for
action and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.The ability to think strategically while also executing
as an individual contributor.A self-starter who takes the
initiative, works independently, and thrives in a rapidly growing
company.A proven track record in supporting global sales teams to
meet revenue goals.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, strong executive communication abilities, and polished
presentation skills.The pay range for this position at commencement
of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $
247,800 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on
multiple individualized factors, including market location,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total
compensation package for this position may also include other
elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and
discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical,
financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and
various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and
parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be
in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to
modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or
