Compensation Package: $20/Hour - $21/HourUnit Offered: Sonoma Parks Apartment - 7359 Boris Ct, Rohnert Park, CAUnit Description: 1 Bedroom, 1 BathroomMove-in date: ASAPRent for the Unit: $1,500/MonthlyPay Frequency: BiweeklyPosition Hours: 40 Hours/Week - Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availabilityFLSA: Non-Exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Rental ActivitiesKeep vacant units cleanAnswer phonesIssue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices receivedConduct move-in/move-out inspectionsDocument and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed.
