Job DescriptionJob Title: Produce Team LeaderJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Produce Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Produce Team Members and contributing to the success of our Produce department.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Produce Team Members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming shopping environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Merchandising and Display: Develop and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.Requirements:

• 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Food safety certification.
