Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of GTM Operations and
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own core GTM operations, including planning, compensation,
territories, and reporting
Act as a strategic partner to GTM leaders and the executive team,
driving initiatives and problem-solving
Manage and develop a high-performing team while driving the
business cadence of the GTM organization
Required Qualifications
Deep GTM experience, preferably in a top-down sales motion with
$100M+ ARR and 100+ reps
Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn, with a focus on data
manipulation
Strong expertise in spreadsheet tools, particularly Excel or Google
Sheets
Technical inclination, including experience with Salesforce
administration and data structures
Ability to push boundaries and find creative solutions to
challenges
