This dynamic role will support a wide range of technology efforts that will transform how PayPal operates and executes in the future.Job Description:Meet our team:PayPal is building the best-in-class developer ecosystem to improve the developer's integration journey. We are simplifying integration experiences through self-service enablement and implementation of no code and pre-built integrations. We are enhancing our core tools and experiences and investing in the next generation of developer solutions. We are boosting engagement with our developer community to drive continued growth in the space.Your way to impact:

  • Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release/program roadmap. Ensure all teams align with enterprise planning expectations.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving and managing large, complex programs over a finite period of time to achieve specific business goals.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of business value and the efficient use of organizational resources.
  • Partner with Business and Technology leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a program.
  • Manage the program-level decomposition of work across multiple delivery teams.
  • Work across organizational boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plans.
  • Monitor health of program delivery. Track program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across delivery teams.
  • Lead by example. Actively coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Delivery teams in order to promote successful adoption of agile practices.What do you need to bring:
  • You have worked in a program manager role for a minimum of 10 years.
  • You have experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives. Agile lifecycle management experience preferred.
  • You have a track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results.
  • You know how to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships.
  • You have strong technical acumen and a strong voice for the customer across the program delivery lifecycle.
  • You have extensive knowledge of project management processes, software tools, templates, and management techniques.
  • You have exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a great collaborator, self-starter, and self-sufficient individual.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, stimulating work environment.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a business or technology discipline or related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Industry experience as a Software Development Engineer or Data Scientist.
  • Previous managerial experience in software development, quality assurance, or product management.
  • Prior online payments industry experience.
  • Certifications: CSM, PMP, SAFe.Nice-to-have:
