Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multilife Inforce Relationship
Manager to oversee operations and enhance customer service in the
Multilife business line.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Inforce Specialists, ensuring adherence
to service standards and performance metrics
Serve as the primary contact for illustration-related inquiries and
collaborate with various departments to ensure process
alignment
Oversee compliance audits, implement process improvements, and
generate reports to track trends and recommend actionable
improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
Call Center and/or Operational experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience within the insurance
industry
Knowledge of relevant products, processes, and transactions is
preferred
College degree strongly preferred
