Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Business Development
responsible for driving sales through account development, client
management, and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve
sales growth objectives
Qualify, sell, and close deals through a consultative sales
process
Build and nurture relationships with key clients to identify
upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred
Minimum of 5+ years managing complex clients and sales cycles in
the life science industry
Proven track record of business development success in a B2B or
consultative sales environment
Experience with services related to technical operations, quality,
and manufacturing
Strong understanding of revenue recognition and client relationship
management
