Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven leader to scale our Sales
Development team and then progress to building Inside Sales
organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for
establishing playbooks, developing teammates, driving revenue
growth, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering on our
ambitious goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of
managing both SDRs and Commercial Sales teams in high-growth B2B
SaaS environments, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.You
Will:
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a strategic plan to
meet and exceed sales targets for both the Commercial Sales and
Sales Development teams.Collaborate with the leadership team to
align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Team Management & Development:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team
of SDRs and Commercial Sales representatives to achieve and exceed
quotas.Build a high-performing sales culture that emphasizes
accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Recruit,
onboard, and retain top talent to support Veza's growth
trajectory.
- Operational Excellence:Establish and optimize processes to
drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales funnel.Utilize
data-driven insights to track team performance, forecast
accurately, and implement strategies for improvement.Partner with
Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless
handoffs and a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach:Drive a customer-first mentality,
ensuring that all interactions add value and build trust with
prospects and clients.Represent Veza at industry events,
conferences, and key customer engagements.
- Growth & Scalability:Scale the team and processes to support
rapid growth in a high-velocity, high-growth environment.Leverage
experience in high-growth tech companies to anticipate challenges
and proactively implement solutions.You Have:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3
years managing both SDRs and Commercial Sales teams. Cybersecurity
industry experience is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling
high-performing teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills with a strong ability to inspire and motivate
teams.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sales funnel, metrics, and
best practices for SDR and Commercial Sales teams.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with enterprise software,
security solutions, and data analytics is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree

expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the
level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend
on several factors, including your experience, qualifications,
education, location, and skills. In the event that you are
