Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Main contact and support between Brokers, Borrowers, and internal
departments, ensuring high customer service
Monitor and manage a large pipeline to ensure timely funding of
loans
Order and verify third-party services related to the loan
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage Account Manager or loan
processing experience
In-depth knowledge of all guidelines
Non-QM product knowledge is a significant advantage
Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
