To keep winning and transform the way every human interacts with the working world, we operate with a culture of relentless ownership, velocity, and a desire to win.About the RoleAs a Deployment Manager at 11x, you will be both an expert in 11x's Digital Workers, as well as go-to-market strategy, serving as your clients' first and primary point of contact.You'll drive successful onboardings and implementations - responsible for activation, retention, and growth within your book of business, with uncapped upside based on GRR performance.You'll work closely with the growth team to lead customer onboardings, the deployment & support teams to constantly improve the customer experience, and the product teams to shape the product at speed based on your customers' feedback.This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. • 2+ years in Customer Success, Deployment, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or AI, with a solid understanding of growth and retention strategies.
• You have strong understanding of GTM landscape and AI technology.
• You have excellent relationship-building, communication/presentations skills, and project management skills - with the ability to manage multiple clients maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to innovate and solve problems, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
• You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.
