In this role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for a dynamic organization at the forefront of the Bitcoin ecosystem. You'll play a key role in informing strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights and comprehensive financial models. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to predict future performance under various scenarios.
• Provide leadership with detailed analysis and insights to guide decision-making.Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop comprehensive financial reporting packages that synthesize performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze P&L and balance sheet data to monitor financial health and performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial insights with company goals.Strategic Financial Support:
    • Evaluate new opportunities and investments, conducting scenario analysis and ROI assessments.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
    • Analyze pricing across all product lines and develop financial models to evaluate and support commercial terms to guide decision-making and ensure financial goals are met.
    • Construct financial models with limited or unstructured data to support strategic initiatives.Collaboration & Process Improvement:
      • Work collaboratively with brand leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders to support their financial needs, including budget management and commercial insight.
      • Continuously improve financial processes and systems, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting workflows.
      • Explore AI tools and automation to streamline manual processes.Your Journey To Success1 Month:
        • Gain a deep understanding of BTC Inc's mission, values, and financial systems.
        • Review existing financial models, reporting processes, and forecasting methodologies.
        • Deep dive into the general ledger with a laser-focus on understanding the parts of the whole at the base level.
        • Meet with key stakeholders across brands to understand their financial needs.3 Months:
          • Take ownership of the company's forecasting and budgeting processes.
          • Deliver your first comprehensive financial reporting package, complete with actionable insights.
          • Identify and propose improvements to existing financial workflows.6 Months:
            • Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable, automated financial processes.
            • Develop predictive models to anticipate risks and uncover growth opportunities.
            • Actively contribute to strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
            • Conduct pricing and margin analysis across all active business lines.12 Months:
              • Establish a reputation as a trusted financial advisor across the organization.
              • Drive measurable improvements in financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and insights.
              • Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of analytical excellence.Minimum Qualifications:
                • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
                • Excellent understanding of GAAP (e.g., revenue recognition methodologies, accruals, deferrals, prepaid) and solid foundation of accounting knowledge.
                • Proven ability to construct financial models with limited or unstructured data.
                • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python).
                • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
                • Experience with P&L management and balance sheet analysis.
                • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
                • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying and addressing blind spots by demonstrating a deep understanding and mastery of financial data.
                • A self-starter comfortable with operating with autonomy, who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes initiative to solve challenges.
                • Unflappable, solution-oriented, and embraces the opportunities that challenges present - the more complex, the better.Nice-to-Have Skills & Interests:
                  • Interest in Bitcoin and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
                  • Proficiency with tools like Runway, Python, SQL,QuickBooks, Hyperion, Tableau, SAP, or Power BI.
                  • Background in predictive modeling of complex metrics and financials.
                  • Curiosity about AI and experience using it to automate manual processes.
