Job Description:
A company is looking for a Web Development Manager to oversee a
team of web developers and manage client projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain websites for clients and ensure timely completion of
tasks
Manage and train a team of web developers and designers, including
performance reviews and resource management
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for web
development and maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Head of Web Development or Team Manager
at a digital marketing agency
8+ years of hands-on experience with technical SEO and web
maintenance
6+ years of expertise in WordPress
Experience working with American teams for accurate reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
