primary goal of the Account Manager (AM) is to drive revenue growth
in our contracted Superhuman customers. You'll be responsible for
planning, testing new strategies and forecasting accurately in your
book of business. You'll build strong relationships with Superhuman
customers, identify new use cases, deeply understand customer
motivations and create tangible value in your accounts.
- Own the relationships a book of business of 100+ mid-market
accounts
- Create a comprehensive and strategic account plan for each
fiscal quarter
- Forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales attainment
accurately
- Exceed sales quota
- Help customers achieve their strategic goals by:
- uncovering customer pain points
- mapping custom solutions to alleviate their pains
- teaching industry insights & email productivity best
practices
- communicating ROI
- multithreading across the key influencers and
decision-makers
- closing annual and multi-year deals
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to:
- conduct consistent value reviews with customers
- identify potential areas of expansion in key accounts
- get Superhuman in the hands of key personas at target
accounts
- drive activation and engagement
- Develop deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to
ensure Superhuman provides remarkable quality and creates delight
during every step of the customer journey.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Superhuman product and the
productivity industry to drive customer engagement and meet your
customer's business objectives; keep a pulse on customer trends and
act as the voice of the customer to inform our product and
marketing teams.
- Nurture customer decision-maker relationships and become a
trusted advisor

- Experience: You have 1+ years of experience as an account
manager in a seat-based SAAS organization and 3-5 years of
experience selling SAAS

clear and concise messaging. You're effective across various
mediums and are excellent at working in a remote-first

America.SALARY INFO The Account Manager, Mid-Market role spans
several internal levels and a wide breadth of experience at
Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad
range of candidates and experience levels that we are open to
hiring for this role.Our US-based OTE for this role ranges from
$150,000 - $185,000. The range does not reflect total compensation,
which includes base salary (60% of OTE), benefits, and company
stock options.We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, and
Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to non-US-based
compensation and will be able to share ranges based on your country
