Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (Testing & Audit) to oversee compliance testing and audit functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead external audit and partner testing initiatives, managing documentation and communication with bank partners
Manage state licensing applications and lead regulatory examinations
Drive compliance oversight of action plans and collaborate with internal stakeholders on issue management initiatives

Required Qualifications

At least five years of experience in consumer banking, payments, or lending Testing/Audit
Strong familiarity with NMLS
Ability to conceive and execute projects independently
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment
