Our client is a national distributor with over 700+ locations across the US. They are seeking top talent to join their management training program.JOB:Think of this as a paid MBA program. This role is fast-paced and ideal for those looking to evolve into branch management. Our client is looking for a motivated professional who is ready to grow as a leader within a great organization. As a Management Trainee, you will progress through the phases of a formal, structured management program to become fully trained in all aspects of managing your own branch. Training can last up to 3 years in order to get you as much exposure as possible.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent college graduates ideally or 1-2 years of experience out of school
• Outgoing and enthusiastic about professional growth opportunities
• Willingness to relocate for training
• Proven leadership experience through sports of extracurricular activitiesBENEFITS:
