Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Perioperative Services Manager will play a critical in guiding operations for the OR and Surgery as a whole. You'll be supported by two experienced CNOR Operating Room Supervisors, Surgical Services Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse First Assists (RNFA), and a well-tenured team of Scrub/Circulating RNs and Surgical Techs.The Surgical Services Department at this hospital includes 6 Inpatient Operating Rooms, 2 Procedural Rooms dedicated to Outpatient Procedures, and 2 dedicated OB ORs. The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will help lead this service line through an incredibly progressive leadership attitude, mentorship and performance accountability at every level, and an investment in with the support of technologically advanced equipment & techniques.
