lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs the Director of Sales
Development Strategy & Operations, your charter is to help drive
overall business growth with special focus on Sales Development
organization. To do this, you will use existing data frameworks to
identify opportunities. You'll then drive cross-functional
alignment around those opportunities and report back on whether the
initiative worked. This role will have a supreme command on
in-quarter performance and be heavily involved in our annual
planning process. They will also help facilitate quotas, spiff
creation and implement various operational initiatives to
facilitate growth in the business.This position is a people manager
role reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth Insights &
Analytics.Responsibilities
- Analyze current trends of the business to uncover key drivers
of change and forecast performance
- Create novel ways to analyze each stage of Sales Development
funnel to expand our working knowledge of the customer journey
- Share insights with cross-functional teams on a weekly, monthly
and quarterly basis as well as assist the annual planning
process
- Identify growth levers, size the potential impact and present
recommendations to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Finance,
Compensation, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution
on identified growth opportunities
- Be responsible for functional deliverables of increasing
complexity
- Lead a distributed team of individual contributors
- Deliver projects or work that enable the assigned function to
achieve its strategic goals and objectives
- Influence without authority at varying organizational levels in
and outside assigned function
- Be regarded by partners as a trusted advisor, as evidenced
through team member feedbackJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides
their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office

law.What you bringBasic
- BA/BS degree in a business/quantitative field or equivalent
work experience
- 12+ years of experience
- 5+ years of people management experiencePreferred
- Familiarity with Quota setting, SPIFF creation and sales
related operations
- Superb understanding Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Comfort using SQL techniques
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce and the associated Sales
funnel
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with subscription business models
- Comfort and experience working with globally distributed
teams
- Strong command of team and project management skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment
- Proven track-record in fast paced environments
- Familiarity with lead funnel and routing techniques
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Salesforce Tableau proficiencyWage TransparencyPay for this
position is based on a number of factors including geographic
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details
pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 -
$277,025.00 base salaryIllinois: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base
salaryWashington: $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryThis role is
also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay
dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is
calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on
company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units
(RSUs). provide options for the following:
