Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee internal communications, client deliverables, technology implementation, and team enablement. This role will ensure seamless execution of deliverables, maintain accountability for key performance indicators, and support the team's transition to new tools and processes.Key Responsibilities:Internal communication

• Cascade deliverables from clients to internal teams, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of any delays or risks
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and associates to maintain alignment on project timelines and objectives
• Lead weekly project management calls, capturing operational updates, delegating outstanding tasks, and providing timely recaps for visibility
• Craft new business project plans, inclusive of RAID logs and milestone deadlinesClient Deliverables
  • Manage and maintain KPI scorecards, holding teams accountable for timely completion
  • Collaborate with clients to adjust performance metrics as needed and ensure accurate reporting to internal teamsTechnology and Process Optimization
    • Support team's full transition from Microsoft Suite to Google Suite and Slack, ensuring smooth adoption
    • Maintain an organized file system for easy access to both internal and external documents
    • Build and implement project management tools compatible with G-suite and SlackEnablement & Training
      • Develop training resources and onboarding processes for client technology adoption
      • Lead ChatGPT training sessions and other AI-driven initiatives tailored to culinary and operations use casesQualifications
        • 5-7+ years in project management, operations, or client success roles within hospitality or food service industry
        • Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
        • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools
        • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and their application in business operations
        • Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting
        • Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for teams
