About this RoleAt Hinge Health, we help people improve their

combine movement, mindset, and technology to deliver personalized

cost. We are seeking a Product Manager for our Multi-Program
Experience team, responsible for ensuring members can get care for
all of their needs in one cohesive experience. Some example member
problems you'd tackle:
- When a member adds a new indication, how might we decide if it
is interconnected with their existing issues and should be treated
as a part of one combined program, or treated as a new unrelated
need?
- How do we make it easy for a member to manage their care when
they are engaged in multiple programs concurrently?
- How might we enable members to seamlessly transition programs,
e.g. moving from treatment of an acute injury to ongoing
maintenance and prevention, and vice versa?
- What are the aspects of the end-to-end member experience that
should be common, agnostic of program type, and where should we
support program level variability?As Hinge Health expands the
conditions we support for our population, this role will also
collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect modular
solutions, making it turnkey to offer a new condition category to
our members and ensuring our experience can support an increasing
number of conditions without a major redesign. Together, your team
will expand the breadth of care we offer our members, and increase
long term retention.What You'll Accomplish
- Lead product vision, strategy and roadmap development for your
pod
- Ship products that deliver business impact, effectively
balancing short and long term tradeoffs
- Lead cross-functional teams, including clinical, engineering,
design, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality,
member-centered experiences
- Utilize analytics to track activity engagement and
effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform activity strategy and
product improvements
- Work closely with executives and founders as the voice of your
product team
- Improve the lives of our members with chronic pain.Hinge Health
Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have
their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to
leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are
required to be in the office 3 days/week. The San Francisco office
has a dog-friendly workplace program.Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Led an initiative from concept to launch with meaningful
business impact
- Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a
focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and
outcomes over output
- Systems thinker, with the ability to abstract and identify
patterns from complex use cases
- Business acumen, with the ability to translate business and
clinical insights into strategic product decisions
- Technical fluency, with comfort understanding and discussing
technical concepts and tradeoffs with engineers
- Adept at quantitative and qualitative methods to build user
understanding and validate hypothesesPreferred Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business,
Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant field
- B2C or B2B2C product experienceCompensationThis position will
have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the
annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,
skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary
range for this position is $150,400 - $225,600.About Hinge
