Project ManagerLocation: Tampa, FLJob Description:
- Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned
projects.
- Assists in the management of the overall project direction,
completion, and financial outcome.
- Works under supervision, assists in the management and/or
coordination of on-site staff and gathers and distributes
information.
- Assists in preconstruction efforts.
- Assists in the implementation of the Community Outreach Plan
for the project.
- Assists in the management of a Diversity Plan for the project
and the CUF Checklist Process.
- Obtains OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
- Assists in the coordination and management of the VDC
process.
- Manages the BIM 360 process and overseeing its
implementation.
- Knows, communicates, and enforces the Skanska Safety and Health
Management Program.
- Demonstrates commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through
own actions and mentoring of others.
- Assists in the preparation of the Project Executive Plan.
- Performs constructability reviews.
- Develops and maintains the site logistics plan, in coordination
with the Superintendent.
- Oversees the project permit and Notice of Commencement
processes.
- Oversees the project's insurance requirements (Builder's Risk,
CCIP, OCIP, and/or GLI).
- Assists in the initial master schedule preparation and
coordinating the updates.
- Assists in the preparation of the trade contracts and bid
packages.
- Implements the Quality Control procedures and conducting
quality inspections.
- Manages the project's Document Control processes including
receiving, reviewing, entering into Prolog, and tracking
submittals.
- Initiates, prepares, reviews, tracks, and distributes
RFIs.
- Prepares monthly owner project status reports.
- Utilizes the cost control and change management systems.
- Assists in the preparation and review of the Trade Contractor
Payment applications.
- Handles the change management process, including soliciting,
receiving, reviewing, and preparing quotations and change
orders.
- Tracks and inspects material deliveries.
- Reviews inspection and test data for compliance with
specifications.
- Oversees the project close-out and performing all associated
tasks.
- Coordinates with Owner during the post-construction phase,
including the warranty period.
- Attends and/or leads project meetings.Minimum Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
Engineering or related.
- Work or educational background must include experience with the
following:
- Utilizing Microsoft Office
- Utilizing Primavera P6 Scheduling.
- Utilizing knowledge of BIM 360.
- Utilizing experience reading drawings and specifications.
- Utilizing Bluebeam Revu drawing review, mark ups and
take-offs.
- Utilizing Power BI for data dashboard reports, etc.
