They're looking for a big-picture thinker-someone who does more than just keep projects on track and hand-hold clients through the process.Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per yearAre You the Missing Piece?This woman-owned business has been building beautiful brands since the 1990s, and now they're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Print & Digital Project Manager to shepherd projects including ornate event invitations, printed matter as well as website design and development, content strategy (with a focus on SEO/SEM), collateral, and even events. You'll collaborate on tech solutions, interface with clients across a spectrum of arts and culture institutions, leading nonprofits, and beloved niche brands, while leading a fantastically talented design team to success.You appreciate good design, but you're not a designer yourself: rather, you come from the other side of the brain, and can complement the design side with your strong digital acumen. You know what your team needs before they do-and you make things happen. You're tuned in to all the prominent website and e-commerce platforms, know what to deploy when, and know how to evangelize your ideas to the stakeholders up and down the org chart. You've worked in an agency setting with a wide range of brands and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Obviously, you are so detail-oriented that it can drive others a little crazy, but in the end, they don't mind because everything you touch turns to gold.
