Project Manager - I in San Francisco, CA.Role Description
- Project Governance and Leadership:--- Support governance for
Project Leapfrog, including updates to the Commercial Leadership
Team (CLT) and project sponsors, and prepare materials with project
leadership.--- Facilitate alignment across teams to streamline
project operations.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:--- Develop, track, and manage
the project plan, budget, and timeline to meet key milestones,
supporting both sustainment and new therapeutic area (TA)
initiatives.--- Design and oversee change management and
communication strategies, ensuring clarity across phases.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:--- Coordinate with
stakeholders across pillars and functions, maintaining
communication and providing progress updates.--- Prepare and
present reports for the CLT, sponsors, and core teams, aligning
narratives and key updates with program goals.
- Risk Management:--- Identify and mitigate critical risks across
functions and pillars, ensuring compliance.--- Address issues
proactively, tracking progress and resolving interdependencies for
smooth project advancement.
- Support for Cross-Functional Task Forces:--- Drive the creation
and chartering of cross-functional task forces to address emerging
issues (e.g., global-local content creation, medical-legal
compliance).Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with
multi-team coordination.
- Expertise in governance, budget management, and
cross-functional team leadership.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Benefits/Other
