Distribution Manager

As a Distribution Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be
responsible for leading a team and providing operational oversight
for all distribution processes for your depot location. The
Distribution Manager has an opportunity to excel in several key
areas in a Depot including people leadership, P & L management,
customer service and reliability and safety and operational
excellence.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (This position will be
on call every 3rd week, Friday evening to Monday morning)
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 + annual bonus potential of up to
15%
Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership; developing and managing a team of DOT regulated
drivers and warehouse personnel:
Workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee
engagement, performance management, recognition and development
Safety & Operational Excellence; role model and enforce a
safety-driven culture
Customer Service; work across the depot matrix organization to
ensure customers are satisfied and deploy distribution priorities
for the depot
Depot financials; work alongside the General Manager to meet the
financial goals of the depot/business. Manage the P&L budgets
and metrics for the distribution side of the depot operations
Position Requirements:
3-5 years experience in operations with 2+ years of people
management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of managing customer service challenges and
wins
Strong business acumen ; track record of achieving financial and
operational goals
Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective
teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with strong background in DOT HOS, Fleet, Driver
Management, min. 3 years of Logistics Management experience.
