- 8 years of experience as design lead, business analysis,
business process architecture, or solutions architecture roles in
supply chain, or logistics system areas.
- 8 years of experience driving team execution, delivering
technical projects, and aligning team goals with business
objectives.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team
projects.
- 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
including implementation, optimization, and integration with supply

Logistics Solutions Program Manager, you will play a critical role
in designing and implementing innovative solutions to supply chain
and logistics challenges for Google Cloud. You will be
collaborating across functions, identifying business challenges,
building business cases, and driving the development of innovative
solutions, working with systems team to shape the future of Google

range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus +
equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

location during the hiring process.Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of
forward-thinking solutions, addressing intricate supply chain and
logistics challenges within Google Cloud Logistics with a focus on
efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
- Develop transformative solutions that impact supply chain
operations, optimizing processes, and amplifying the effectiveness
of logistics functions.
- Collaborate with the systems team to create and refine
capability roadmaps that outline the development and integration of
new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement the
proposed solutions.
- Drive the development of innovative solution designs that
leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to
address the challenges of the Google Cloud logistics
landscape.
- Work collaboratively across teams to gather and define
comprehensive business requirements, ensuring that solutions are
tailored to meet the specific needs of the supply chain and
