Manufacturing Solutions Account Manager (MSAM) to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing
accounts within an assigned territory, establishing and cultivating
strong customer relationships, and driving software sales and
services.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow accounts in the assigned territory.
- Establish and cultivate strong customer relationships to drive
software sales and services.
- Effectively prospect the territory to identify companies with
potential needs for our solutions.
- Qualify potential accounts to understand customer needs and
buying processes.
- Uncover customer objectives, obstacles, and the cost of
inaction.
- Identify key customer projects and decision-makers.
- Engage with customers at various levels to understand their
infrastructure and hierarchy.
- Formulate solutions to meet customer requirements and propose
technologies or services that address their needs.
- Negotiate and close transactions that are mutually
beneficial.
- Deliver and deploy solutions to ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with field technical teams and customers to drive
adoption.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize activities, and
provide accurate forecasting information.
- Cultivate a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new
opportunities, following up on leads, and managing the existing
customer base.
- Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Marketing, Product
Management, and other Engineering & R&D groups to enhance
strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
- Prepare presentations and professional proposals that highlight
the value of our solutions and services.Skills and Abilities
Required:
- Ability to develop customer relationships at various
levels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to structure and manage complex deals.
- Understanding of EDA, the semiconductor ecosystem, and
equipment industry.
- Knowledge of semiconductor chip design and manufacturing
processes.
- Experience with Factory Automation Systems and Process Control
in the semiconductor ecosystem and equipment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and
Word).Education and Experience Requirement:
- BSEE or BSCS preferred.
- 3+ years of related sales experience with a proven track record
of developing new business opportunities in a team
