And we're only just getting started: Healthcare's watershed moment for AI-powered transformation is here - so join us in creating the technology to power healthcare!We're seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to join our team and support the Augmedix product line. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to define, implement, and continuously improve mission-critical business processes. You'll have end-to-end ownership over initiatives that enhance internal efficiency, streamline client onboarding and product growth, and drive key business metrics.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction by identifying operational pain points and inefficiencies, developing robust solutions, and codifying them into clear, actionable runbooks. Additionally, you'll influence both internal and external training materials, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on new processes and equipped for successful execution.This is a high-visibility, high-impact, and high-autonomy position. You'll be at the forefront of solving complex, high-priority business challenges, and your scope of responsibility will expand rapidly as we grow.This position requires hybrid onsite at our Mountain View and/or San Francisco, CA officesWhat You'll Do:

  • Lead and drive projects and/or initiatives to successful completion, ensuring measurable impact on business goals and key results.
  • Analyze data to uncover gaps, trends, and insights, using findings to optimize content strategy and improve processes for better outcomes.
  • Create clear, effective, and visually appealing content that engages internal and external audiences, driving visibility and impact.
  • Use available resources, tools, and systems to diagnose and resolve customer, training, or operational issues effectively.What You Have:
    • 2+ years of experience in operations, product, and/or consulting at a fast-paced growth tech company.
    • Ability to oversee the entire project management process.
    • Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization of operational processes.
    • Skilled at ideating and producing content that captures attention, aligns with brand voice, and resonates with the target audience.
    • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a proven record of success.
    • Comfort in chaos: You're comfortable working autonomously to solve problems with ambiguity, can expertly prioritize, and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.
    • Experience using SQL to query database and Retool to build custom internal dashboards a plus.
    • Experience in the Ambient Documentation (AI Scribe) space is a plus.Why you'll love working at Commure + Athelas:
