Location: Newark, CA (On Site)

Pay Rate: $80/hr - $90/hr (W2)

Daily schedule and OT estimate: 9am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri



Job Description:

--- 7+ years of experience in project management, leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives.

--- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a sharp eye for detail.

--- Extensive expertise in managing SAP ERP projects, including SAP Finance and Accounting functionalities, customization, and best practices for integration.

--- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing Salesforce-related projects.

--- Deep understanding of the SAP latest products

--- Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, sales, service, and supply chain processes, with the ability to apply insights to improve operational efficiency.

--- Automotive industry experience a plus

--- Skilled at managing stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.

--- Experience in managing and coordinating complex technical programs across multiple geographies.

--- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

--- Expertise in identifying process gaps, defining and modifying processes to address operational challenges and improve business outcomes.

--- Proven ability to ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

--- Experience in setting up reporting and governance structures for SLAs and KPIs to drive performance.

--- Strong capability to identify risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

--- Adept at managing project escalations and navigating complex challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

--- Proficient in business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite to track progress and collaborate effectively.
